Dear Urs,
I am running a large Ableton session on a m1 Mac studio and I have 2 instances of Diva Rev 12092 in it.
My Live Session got larger and larger but the Mac doesn't really struggle. But at some point Diva started to to have a problem: the midi notes of the chords stick. So when there is a chord change two chords play simultaneously, and when the next chord comes 3 and so on. My other instruments in the session don't show this behavior. Restarting Ableton sometimes helped, but right now even that doesn't help anymore. Did you ever hear of that?
Kind regards,
Julius

Hi, there are many possible reasons why a plugin or a host could cause stuck notes.
But we haven't heard of a case like yours before.
Could you contact our support, so we can try to help you find the cause, and hopefully a workaround or fix to avoid this issue?

That would be quite expected.
If a project is so heavy on the CPU that dropouts occur, it's possible that timing issues arise, either the host sends some note-offs at the wrong time, or the plugin isn't receiving them in time anymore.

Deactivating the track in which Diva is stuck in Bitwig does not solve the problem. When re-activated the stuck notes are still there. It could be nice to have an engine reset button on Diva that would quickly re-initialize totally the software synth back to its initial state upon launch in a second or so thus forgetting anything about stuck notes.
