I've been messing with compressors using the https://letimix.com/ CMT compression tools to measure the Attack/Release and Threshold/Ratio on various different compressors
CMT will spit out various CSV files with a bunch of data, including hires Attack/Release data, and since MTurboComp allows you to enter/import custom AR curves in the transfer curve editor, it should be possible to recreate any compressor by importing the data (in this case, Steinberg VSTDynamics)
This seems fairly straightforward, however, if I import the full CSV files that CMT spits out, the curves it creates look absolutely nothing like they should.
Does anyone have any experience with this, and if so, how can I go about using this CSV data and importing it properly? I'm assuming it's a matter of simplifying the data so it only contains the information needed by the Melda import algorithm, but I'm not sure exactly what I need out of these giant pages of numerical data, can anyone assist me please?
help with MTurboComp Importing CSV for recreating other compressors?

I'm a fan of Letimix CMT. If there is a way to do this, I'd love to hear about it too. Remember that some nuances like frequency dependent effects aren't readily apparent though, so the resulting model would be very idealized, imo.

There's way more in there than just these basic data. But if you are very very curageous and have access to some testing files, you can try the Edit / Utilities / Machine learning
