UJAM stuff always tailors to a very specific taste. I actually quite like that one but it is certainly not everybody's cup of tea.Choikdoi wrote: Thu Nov 10, 2022 11:55 pm I agree, even in the video demos I watched while waiting they definitely didn't sound great. I'll probably do the same, lol.

Ive been playing with it and turning off the sequencer really helps a lot. Some sounds are realy good for the intended style. Lots to play with for layeringmgw38 wrote: Fri Nov 11, 2022 2:10 amUJAM stuff always tailors to a very specific taste. Oh yes, got you now. Absolutely agree on that. I guess if only we ever see Stylus RMX 2.0 in future, we can expect (more) Xpanders for it. But maybe by then it would be my kid who will be making music, not me!Hewitt Huntwork wrote: Thu Nov 10, 2022 1:53 pmI meant they should have done an RMX Xpander every month, but instead they did 5 in the beginning and never made another one. I hope they don't do that with the Sonic Extensions. I agree with you that there should be more and that it has been a year. I do think it probably took them more than a year to do those 4, and 2 per year is probably more realistic. But yes, more!LoveEnigma18 wrote: Thu Nov 10, 2022 8:13 am
I am assuming it was a sarcastic remark, because $149 packs every month would not be good.
4 SEs per year would be fair. But Spectrasonics doing the unpredictable, as usual.![]()
Regarding Sonic Extensions, year, 2 per year sounds realistic for them and customers. Let's hope we get to see some new ones soon!

I tried installing Minipol (there was a code to get that one for free), but I have tried authorizing it twice with two different serials and it won't authorize for me. I had to email their support to get a new code for the 2nd install, but it still didn't work.

They just wrote me back and mentioned the "blackminipol" coupon is no longer valid.
But it says $0.00 when I used the code both times and then it lets me "buy it" for that price.

I need some feedback on cancelling a Paypal payment to Plugin Alliance. I ordered 808 Studio last Saturday. I got the usual invoice instantly but no download instructions at all. I've made 40 purchases from them over the years so I waited a few days and then contacted Cust Support on Monday. No response , so I filled out another ticket on Wed. After not hearing back I Contacted Sales Support and asked in the form, "Where the "f--k"is my product". Mikey in sales responded right away to insist that I wouldnt be helped until I submit a 4th ticket with no profanity. I responded that I wouldnt do this..just send me the link to get the product. I got a quick response that the ticket was closed.
I've never stopped a payment via Paypal before..is it as easy as filling out the form in the resolution center at their site. What should I know? Its only $29

Yeah, just file a dispute with Paypal. If you have a clean history, they'll probably side with you. Also, just filing it might be enough for PA to let it go and refund you without the extra hassle. I did the same with Gumroad and got my money back in 24 hours despite no response from Gumroad.Kurdish Mayfield wrote: Fri Nov 11, 2022 7:04 pm I need some feedback on cancelling a Paypal payment to Plugin Alliance. You can also file a dispute with the financial institution linked to your PayPal account, if necessary. Hopefully, it won't be. Good luck!kevinsparks wrote: Fri Nov 11, 2022 7:54 pmYeah, just file a dispute with Paypal. If you have a clean history, they'll probably side with you. Wow, your kind of a garbage person aren't you? You've done 40 purchases with the company, so you know it's some kind of mistake, yet you swear at the customer service person who is not personally responsible for your issue nor your punching bag because you aren't adult enough to either handle frustration, lack of instant gratification, or maybe both?Kurdish Mayfield wrote: Fri Nov 11, 2022 7:04 pm I need some feedback on cancelling a Paypal payment to Plugin Alliance. If I was PA I would suspend the account of someone being needlessly rude to my co-workers. I hope your accounts get suspended at PA and Paypal for your behavior.

Im a "garbage person" because I put the "F" word in the title of a 3rd customer service request after 2 had been ignored? This response is pretty silly.ROTMetro wrote: Fri Nov 11, 2022 8:09 pmWow, your kind of a garbage person aren't you?
