is there a quick "render and replace track"?

Hey,

Im stupid. Is there a way to render and replace a waveform? I was wondering because maybe if i wanted to use spaceboy in multiple instances, i mean 8 times or so, I would have to do it destructively. So I would want to render and replace the waveform. Is it possible in T?
