i also received the code by email the same day it was released. probably in your junk mail, or just an oversight.

the good news is that contacting support should resolve it. and if your experience with support is like mine, it will be fast. they are top-notch in this regard.

I have bought the upgrade to v. 7 with the last years Black Friday sale. Does anyone know if I am eligible for a free grace period update to the latest version? I quess no, but just to be sure :D

Nope. But I did e-mail them and asked for a better upgrade price than € 74 (which is the same as for everybody who owns 4 RP plugins..)

So is anyone working with the full version of Blue 3? Any reports of stability issues?

I've gotten several crashes so far in three different DAWs so I don't know if it's system specific here or if there are some widespread stability issues.

All the crashes came while I was deep into making patches and using samples heavily (even the built in sample content). There doesn't seem to be a pattern I can establish as of yet. At some point simply clicking on a parameter will crash BLUE 3 and take the DAW down with it (except Bitwig due to its sandboxing). I have not had any issues while just browsing through patches and Blue 2 has always worked fine without any issues.

I love BLUE 3 as it's a glorious sounding synth but obviously stability issues make it harder to enjoy here. I just need to figure out if the issues are confined to my studio system or are there bugs that need to be addressed. :?

I got some weirdness going on with the demo version (details in earlier post) but no crashes as of yet, although haven’t tried building patches, lost hours in the pad presets 😂

I emailed support to let them know of the issues and they said to try turning off something in one of the menus, didn’t solve it unfortunately.

Would like to pull the trigger on this one but holding off until I’ve tested it more. No point buying something if it’s not solid
