As of a few days ago, all Melda plugins disappeared from my DAW's list of available VSTs. All my efforts to get them back have failed.

I initially saw this in Reaper issue (my usual DAW) and did some troubleshooting there (https://forum.cockos.com/showthread.php?p=2615976 (https://forum.cockos.com/showthread.php?p=2615976)). However, as a test I installed the demo version of Cakewalk and it can't see the Melda VSTs either.

I'm on Windows 10 but the problem occurred more than a week after the last automatic update.

The plugins are installed under C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3. I've done a clear reinstall of Reaper (twice now), Cakewalk is a fresh install and I've cleaned and reinstalled from the Melda installer twice.

I've also manually updated the VC++ redistributables.

Reaper doesn't produce a log file -- it just says the VSTs "failed to scan". Cakewalk does produce a log but doesn't report any problem: the VSTs appear to be scanned fine but they simply don't show up in its lists.

This is affecting all the Melda plugins I have installed -- some free and some paid-for. Specifically: MSaturatorMB, MRotary, MSaturatorMB, MCabinetMB, MAnalyzer, MOscilloscope, MDynamicEq

Any idea what might be going on here, or what I could try?
