AFAIK, the Prophecy plugin isn't very different from the Z1 hardware. Can you list the differences?

The Z1 has an assignable XY pad and 6-part multitimbral operation.

Its sound engine has 4 additional models that aren’t in the Prophecy: organ, electric piano (Rhodes and Wurlitzer), VPM (Yamaha DX-style FM), and bowed strings. Some of the Z1 models were optimized for XY pad control. I’m not sure if that’s down to changes in the sound engine, parameter scaling / mapping, or both.

I’ve heard, but not verified, that the Z1 sound engine is modified with slightly faster EGs. Hopefully a regular Z1 user can confirm/deny.

Just got a chance to play with the new additions last evening. Out of all 3 I had the most fun with the electribe. It’s so quick to learn and the unlimited trig parameter editing adds a lot of flexibility that’s lacking in microtonic. Obviously it doesn’t have scripting capabilities, but it’s surprisingly intuitive and quick.

You can load as many instances of the Prophecy as you like (/can), so I consider it multitimbral.
It has VPM btw.

I can imagine that those differences are important for people that want a 'perfect' Z1 emulation. Me, I don't care that much - I find it close enough.

That is exactly what I thought. It would be simple to do. Maybe they will consider it in an update.

I have problem with these showing in Fl Studio plugin scan. I downloaded microkorg demo and it won't show up. All the others instruments in Korg Collection 3 are there as usual. I can use it standalone but if I remember right it was very hard to do right things to make these demos show up in plugin scan before also. It needed some kind of wizardry and I don't remember anymore how I did it last time.

I'm thinking of upgrading from Collection 3. Oh, and they have updated Korg Odyssey GUI. Now I can see it clearly (edit: Mac only! Windows version stays blurry on 4k scaled monitor! Come on Korg!)

I’ve been a Legacy Collection owner since the beginning and yet I have no offer. I tried to look for a way to contact support, but it just led me to the same page I was on. Oh well, no money for Korg.

If you have a Korg Collection 3, then you need to login in your account and in the offers (link) section, you would find a coupon that you use to purchase the upgrade version. Otherwise, you really need to contact their support. There was a link that Dan (a manager there) once gave me in another Forums (VI Control). I'll check it and paste it here for anyone wants to contact them.
