So I ponied up for Legacy.

Quite fun. But I have (and will continue to have, I'm sure) some questions. Grateful in advance for the answers.

1. I have two oscillators. One in each column. Can I assign effects to each column separately. Eg, I want SB1 to work on the second oscillator only. If so, how do I do that?

2. When drawing wave shapes in the spectral form, are there any tools to make drawing shapes smoother?

Thanks

1. FX is per bus. You assign each of the four lanes to one of the busses (main / bus1 / bus2).

2. Do you mean the SpectroMorph editor? If yes:

Mouse operations, GeoMorph and SpectroMorph modes:

Create or remove a handle
(Mac) cmd + right-click
(Win) alt + right-click

Multiple selection
Click in the background and drag over one or more handles
Shift + click on a handle to add or remove it from the selection
To move all selected handles, click and drag one of them

Adjust curvature (left, right)
(Mac) opt + drag, cmd + drag
(Win) ctrl + drag, alt + drag

Context menu (right-click in the editor window)
insert point .....................creates a new handle (appears in all waves in the waveset)
smooth.............................adjusts all curves in the selection for minimum spikes.
linear.................................straightens all curves in the selection
peaks................................adjusts all curves in the selection for maximum spikes
distribute all ...................adjusts the horizontal positions of all handles for equal spacing
line up selected............line up all handles with the leftmost / rightmost in the selection
clear..................................resets all handles to minimum level
copy / paste. ..................transfers wavesets between oscillators (also between presets)

Thanks Chris for the recap on MSEG & OSC editor panes.
Was a bit confused exactly what the question intended to ask but jumping in here now in case the OP was referring to adding *modules* (eg shapers/filters etc) in Zebra's main four lanes in the centre, which (yes) CAN apply individually to a single OSC by adding one under the other — or connected across lanes. You can control click for popup of menu options.

If indeed you mean to ask about *FX* (reverb, delays etc) they appear on the bottom global tab/page with MAIN, Send 1 and Send 2 lanes /buses as Chris explains here:

TBH with so many options, I had to double check up to remind myself what 'SB1' is :D and found this handy thread of more helpful tips and ideas to try: viewtopic.php?t=298846&start=15

Thank you.

Specifically I'm referring to the spectroblend and geoblend editors within. Are there any tools to help me draw shapes more precisely and accurately?

Did you read fully the reply of Chris-S above, right?

Correct.

But the controls I'm referring to don't have handles. The two 'blend' wave creation options just let you free hand draw a shape . I don't see any option to add handles so I clarified the specific I was referring to. Hope this helps
