well I'm SERIOUS...!!!zvenx wrote: Thu Dec 01, 2022 11:57 pm Oh I was teasing, I didn't expect you to lower the price from the current 50%.
I too watched a game, surely it was historic.
rsp
Let's say like discounting existing u-he related skins or so.
can't control myself with too much joy

I get that now … like Yohji Yamamoto Minimalism. I just wasn't sure how/why I thought they were there in colour then suddenly couldn't find them, again.
Super exciting! …though I only saw a few highlights from a few of the historic games.I watched the game though it was super-early morning here in Japan. The historic moment![]()
I'll keep my word!
I haven't painted a flag on my face yet, but now that Canada has been elimated I'm rooting for Team Japan. When I wrote you, I told you I guessed it was 50 years since we qualified last time, but that was a bit of an exaggeration. It was only 36 years ago, in 1986. That one time.
The custom waveform sets for Hive (and UHM script lessons) are all so brilliant l'm getting another Anthem right now and will save the last one, and the Skins for the victory celebration.well I'm SERIOUS...!!!
The DIVA and ACE sounds are beckoning too. I'm like a cat with all the curiousity. I know a lot of soundsets and fancy patches feature lavish knockout layers of sounds with loads of things going on and zillions of FX that show off any given synthesizer's feature set — but I far prefer simple building blocks to help me make my own.

I have emulations for these as well as the instruments in the Analog Anthem path, but I find the idea of generating the waveforms via UHM and running them through Hive's signal path and modulation system really interesting and fun, in addition to being very flexible.

I sure hope Japan is getting another goal on Croatia as I type this … too bad we can not watch for free from Canada …will have to wait for highlights meanwhile, can confirm the Analogue anthem set is every bit as excellent as Material Keys and 8Bit and gave me an idea
After recognizing the authenticity of the inspired Plugmon patches throughout these titles, that suddenly give us a huge palette of new options, and make HIVE sound better and 'more real' than some of the most famous and celebrated emulations (Vive La France) I had a thought that
maybe people with more of a players' Analog Lab aesthetic who enjoy performing & playing sounds better than creating new ones from scratch, would enjoy Novelty Skins that they can flip though that evoke the vibe of Playstation Gameboy, Nintendo or the classic Model P, Yamaha PX7 and CASIO PZ synths with faux logo and design schemes simplified with access to the 8 macros knobs a few of the most appropriate performative parameters like the custom EZ views in Presswerk… ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

This was an insta-buy for me. Finally found time to try it out now.
I use emulations from Plogue, some bit-perfect. But it's a real treat to be able to leverage these in Hive for the ease of modulation, arp/sequencing, and FX. Hive wavetable comments make it so I don't have to constantly refer to the documentation. Masterful and insightful UHM coding is gravy.
Lovely video and graphics in the manual as well!

I love everything about this soundest and especially the announcement video. It brought me back to Christmas in the 80/90s playing Castlevania ]|[ and feels like you reached into my brain and pushed the nostalgia button. Well done!
Feel free to call me Brian.

I was just thinking about you this past week! You need more posts to get pms. I'll start a conversation under Everything else(music related) or Music Theory and we can go from there.Nayers-moor wrote: Tue Dec 27, 2022 7:28 pm
