MXXX vs Core version - and TurboAmp/MCabinet

I'm confused... :)

On the page for MXXX Core, TurboAmp/Cabinet aren't listed, but they ARE listed on the MXXX full version page.

I found no demo for MXXX Core only.

I'm wondering about this discrepancy, if it is due to a limitation in Core, or if it is website information lagging behind?

Apart from the obvious differences between Core and the full version, are there any particular limitations on Core?

Or is it as simple as: I can put in TurboAmp/Cabinet in Core, as I already own a license for those plugins?

Happy to be enlightened about this from someone with direct experience.

Thanks!

Also, what about the free upgraded bundle?

Or any other pesky limitation you've found. :)

In MXXX Core you can use and combine every plugin you own a license for ( this means the name core), in the full version are all plugins included.

Thanks, the differing images on the website seem to imply something else. Good to know.

There are only some Basic plugins included

Yes, I know. I have others. I was thinking about the ones listed red. But now, I find both TurboAmp and Cabinet among them, which I didn't the first time. Either they changed the image, or - more likely - I simply didn't see it. Thanks!

The idea is that you may want to upgrade at any time without loosing your settings, so there's no dedicated MXXXCore. You just use MXXX and if you decide that MXXXCore will be enough, you just buy that. In other words it is a licence model. The website (hopefully) shows which modules you get for free and which plugins to buy to get other modules.

I've got MXXX Core. I have most Melda plugins, several bundles.
The thing is I can use MTurboreverb inside MXXX (the LE version is included in my essentialFX and creativeFX bundles)
but I cannot use MTurbocomp wich is also included in the essentialFX bundle as LE ...
Do I have to purchase a redundant MTurbocomp license to use it inside MXXXcore?

At the bottom of this page, there's a table which shows what you need to unlock each module: https://www.meldaproduction.com/MXXXCore

For TurboReverb, it lists both MTurboReverb and MTurboReverb LE. For TurboComp, it only lists MTurboComp (not LE) which matches your observations. So you'd have to buy the full (not quite redundant) version of MTurbComp to use it in MXXXcore.

Why one plugin is unlocked with the LE version and one isn't, I don't know.

Thanks for the effort Held! Since then, I decided to go all in and get the MCompleteBundle, but this thread can still enlighten others, so on behalf of future seekers - thanks again. :)
