Tracktion NuB: anything similar to patterns?

So I loaded a sampler with needed one shot samples (eg. kick, snare, hats) then created a drum pattern in piano roll. After that I copied that roll and pasted it many times all the way.
So let's say, if I want to change it a bit, do I have to delete it everywhere in the song (and leave one copy to modify) and redistribute modified version once again all over the song. Is there any simplier way?

Thats the way we have to do it until we get (if we get) ghost clips. I'm actually prett used to it by now, especially when using Alt-click to select the clips, then Control-C Control-V to copy and paste them. I'm pretty fast at it now. I still want ghost clips tho :x .

hm, in fact that's just what i like about it: i don't bother the copying and pasting, i copy just one or two or three patterns all the way, and then make variations without any more copying...
