HI everyone,

I'm new here and only installed Waveform 12 (free) the other day. It all seems to work OK but at the bottom of the transport bar (I think that's what it's called. :) ), where the play, pause, record etc buttons are is a caution icon which when I hover over it says "Panic! Reset the Audio Engine". I looked through the help files and couldn't find anything. I clicked the caution button but it didn't do anything.

Will include pic so you know what I mean.

Thanks. :)

Edit: After I posted the above I did some looking around and it seems that caution button is always there and serves a function I have net needed yet.

Mods feel free to delete thread.

Sorry all.

Panic stops all midi messages. If your cpu overloads Waveform will do it for you or if you have a stuck note you can hit it yourself.

If you work with external MIDI gear, you will need that button from time to time to release stuck notes.
Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, and even Deezer, whatever the hell Deezer is.
