So as an alternative I am now building a looper myself inside MXXXCore, using the Looper module from the "Special" plugin folder, each looper works totally independently without the "main loop"-issue, the only thing really missing is the crossfade function.

This sounds really interesting and I'd be intrigued to see what you've set up and how it works. Is there any way of sharing a preset?Sampleconstruct wrote: Wed Dec 07, 2022 10:21 am So as an alternative I am now building a looper myself inside MXXXCore, using the Looper module from the "Special" plugin folder, each looper works totally independently without the "main loop"-issue, the only thing really missing is the crossfade function.

open MXXX, edit page, in lanes 1-4 first slot insert the looper, it only has three buttons by design: record/play/overdub. Insert a volume/pan module after each looper in slot 2, then add FX modules to taste in each lane. For some parallel reverb add a mixer module in lane 5 (below the last slot of a given FX chain) and set it to "steal input" for lanes 1-4, add your favourite reverb, set it to 100% wet and mix to taste. Inside the mixer module there are volume knobs so you can determine how much of each lane reaches the reverb.

nvm
You can be creative in any right place on Earth, and not only in the wealthiest cities. Bring the world feelings from everywhere, and not only feelings of capitalistic or jail environment.
