What is the resctricion about commercial use with Podolski?

When I try install Podolski I read the next license message:

This software may be freely distributed under the following conditions:

- this license agreement must accompany the software
- the software must be distributed free of charge, it may not be exploited commercially in any way
- the software is not modified so that its intended core functionality (as an audio plugin) is altered
....

My doubt is the second point, exactly in the sentence: it may not be exploited commercially in any way

What is 'not be exploited commercially in any way'? It refers to sell the plugin commercially or it refers to I can't make a song with Podolski and sell it.

Please some legal help.

That relates only to the product itself. i.e., sell the plugin commercially ... or profit from its distribution.

Correct. This paragraph that you're quoting is about distribution of the software, as the first line says.
You can use it in your music any way you like, commercially or non-commercially.
