Dear Techivation users,

I'm Amin, founder and CEO of Techivation. The Techivation team apologizes to those who found our new limited-edition plug-in idea unappealing. Many of you shared your opinion, which clearly shows that we could be better at managing the sale for the T-Compressor M. Techivation users matter the most to us.

We are not perfect and are always in the process of improvements in all aspects. Not all ideas could be appealing, and we're glad to have full transparent feedback from many users, to know we should not consider a limited edition for the future.

We may keep the T-Compressor M ​as a limited edition, as we have already announced at the beginning, and we don't want to change our word for those who have already purchased it. But it's been a great lesson for us not to do the same in the future. We will continue creating inspiring products to help all creators like you.

Fair play for listening. As a owner of a few of your plugins I read the comments on here and agreed with them with regard to artificial scarcity and what this could mean when buying your products in the future.

It was nice to see you acknowledge your customers/potential customers point of view on here, see we were not happy and email us all. In my opinion the best companies in any area actively respond to feedback and take it on board.

If there are to be no more special editions of your vst it allayed the fear I had that any of your future plugins may be reduced versions initially. Gives a bit of confidence back to the buyer.

I wish you the best of luck in the future and look forward to trying your limiter when ready for release.
