How do you get to what is in the training video?

I am working through the training video "Waveform 12 Quickstart Guide". I am little less then half way through and I hat a problem (see attachment). How do I get to this Audio device?????

The Input1 and Input2 are the left/right channel of your default audio input device on the computer. It may show up a single input device (but stereo) - and that's a setting that can change on the properties panel at the bottom, or in the Settings - Audio devices tab.

I.e. your input device can be a stereo output from a keyboard... or as 2 separate mono input devices (i.e. mike and guitar) depending on that interface.

The OP might be meaning how do you actually get the list of inputs to show on the track, in that case see diagram :-
