SoundToys support just sucks... I tried to contact them 3 times.. They never answered me...
I only wanted to know if the actual offer is aplicable for dealers but I didn't get any reply. Neither on Facebook, nor by mail, nor in comments on their "ads". The truth is bad.

I’d wait until after Christmas/New Year week is over before judging company support. Lots of places are operating with a skeleton crew, I know as I just covered for the rest of my team at my place while they took leave the last couple of weeks.
