To my knowledge, Zenology isn’t compatible with Ventura yet.
This.

And as always, keep your OSX not on the last version, but the previous one (or even the version before that one). Thats the golden rule for audioapps/plugins compability. Even if that means you cant run the latest version of logic.

I passed Big Sur and went from mavericks straight to Monterey only few months ago (when ventura released) And then I got to update Logic Pro from 10.6.3 to 10.7.5

I know there could be reasons to have the latest OSX version, but dont expect full compability for audiowork then. It is that simple. Keep another boot or disk for that then.

Dammit, this sucks. Was looking forward to a fun afternoon and Roland Cloud got me again. Anyone seen Brian from Roland around?
Was your system auto updated? Deselect "keep my mac up to date" or something like that in software-update panel in your preferences, that is a recipe for disaster.

Any word from Roland, when are they planning (if ever) to release VST3 versions of their software that is also M1 native?
As it is, Roland plugins are the only ones blacklisted by Cubase Pro 12 running in native M1 AS mode :(

unfortunately Roland is always late with updates to their frameworks. it is time they come of their high horse and be humble and just deliver what ppl are asking for a long time now. I know I will not be renewing after subbed since 2017. there is little to none new stuff except soundpacks (hello, does Roland want to follow Native Instruments?) and no real updates to their current lineup and only a few new things (J60/JP4). I have lifetime keys now for everything I want from the RC, and even more than I actually use these days.

And remember, once a customer leaves, it will take alot to come back.

Just for the info, the suggestion I made above works without issue on my system (macOS Ventura).
Must add that this is while using Zenology Pro.

Sure that's cool, but it is not good customer service from RolandCloud.com to make it not officially supported without resorting to the thing you described.

When I updated my system (v'got back-up) I knew I could have to deal with such issue(s).
Like you said above, the safe way is to wait.
That said, I must say that everything's running flawlessly so far.
Of coure, YMMV.

I am waiting for the SSL plugs to go full M1 compatible before I even consider jumping from Intel.

These are all Native by the way. They do not announce though.

Yes. The only additional thing I'd ever want from RC is the proper emulation of the JX-8P or the JX-10. The Zen-Core JX-8P sounds great but I'd like to see the virtual version of the JX-8P/10 on my screen.

Guys, what shall i do? afaik there is a 8 or 10 limit cap for having lifetime licenses, this year in february i think starts the year of my cloud where i would theoretically get +2 more instruments, but i cnanot get them cause of the cap. what bullshit idea is this? to cap it? or am i misunderstanding it? otherwise im gonna cancel my subscription as this is totally bad practice.

Check your RC account details on their website. Any plugins, listed under the legacy "Loyalty Rewards" program, have their own limit of 10 which doesn't count towards the Play-4-Life limit.

IE Using their offers, the maximum is 10 via Loyalty Rewards and 10 via Play 4 Life (total of 20). But you'll only have qualified for Loyalty Rewards if you signed up prior to 2019 (afaik). So, unless Roland changes the limit, the maximum is 10 for any accounts which joined in the past 4 years. Let's see if they expand this, next year, when those accounts reach their limit of 10 (if subbed with Play4Life at Ultimate level) ;)
