As I do not own Bazille (yet, though I do have Beatzille), I may not be tempted to purchase the soundset. However, I do want to profusely thank u-he for sharing the PDF of the Cookbook itself. Probably moreso than getting a slew of gorgeous sounding presets, what I find more useful is the descriptions that explain how the presets are created. I will be able to transfer a lot of that knowledge to other synths to create specific sounds. Maybe a lot of that info is second-hand to a lot of you sound designers, but I don't innately what to do to turn a brass sound into a bell sound, or how to create either from scratch. This book looks like it will contain a lot of this basic info that anyone into creating sounds would find useful.Howard wrote: Mon Dec 14, 2020 5:35 pmIt's the actual Cookbook. People who read The Bazille Cookbook PDF without having access to the corresponding presets will be sorely tempted. That's the plan, anyway... let's see!Funkybot's Evil Twin wrote: Mon Dec 14, 2020 5:21 pm Is that the Readme you linked to or the actual cookbook itself sans presets? I figured that would only be available to people who purchase it.
It sounds like from the description it's meant to be a patch list but you're currently linking to the full 118-page book.
(I'll ask someone to fix the text in that link - should say "Download the book")
