This thing is huge and heavy! I have to do some creative rearranging - My tiny studio is full now.

New studio computer time! Ordered a Mac Studio and a new 4 drive NAS.
The Parasite Antifilter I pre-ordered from Flight of Harmony arrived last week but I won't have a chance to give it a whirl until I'm finished with some long delayed studio maintenance.

Just scored a great deal locally on a like-new Moog Subsequent 37 to replace my Sub37. My initial thoughts is that this was definitely worth the upgrade - the gain staging improvements make a world of difference in terms of dialing back (or dialing up) the saturation, so the range of tones is much increased and it's noticeably easier to get those classic creamy Moog tones out of it compared to the Sub37. I'm also a big fan of the improved keybed, which surprised me because so many people claimed that it was barely noticeable, but it's a nice step up IMO.

That reminds me, I was going to design and build some light sensor gear in the past, but I didn't get around to it. It's time to put it on my to-do list for 2023!

I’ve had my eye on the SE-02 for some time now and figured I’d pick one up someday if a no-brainer deal popped up… and that just happened

I'm hoping you'll say it has a place amongst your other synths! I still occasionally entertain the idea of getting a second one.

I played with an SE-02 at the last LA synth club and was very impressed. moog sound isn't really my thing but it did sound very substantial and for such small controls, it didn't feel too cramped. Its a fun little box for sure!

I noticed that mine likes to go out of tune at times but holding down the Transpose button and click the Value Knob makes it stay on track again.
Is it on the latest firmware?
The latest Firmware add 128 extra sounds that can be reached by pushing the Bank A button once and while it is flashing you are on bank 4 (The new one).
