This is a UVI voucher that everyone gets when they register a new Falcon license, regardless of where it was purchased from.
This has nothing to do with the current promotion and has been ongoing for years.
It's shown on the UVI page:

"Each purchase of Falcon also includes a $100 / 100€ voucher good towards the purchase of any soundware or Falcon Expansion on uvi.net."

Yes, the only downside buying from a reseller is what you spend there won’t count towards the ‘end of year’ voucher total from UVI. If you can save over $10 on a purchase then it’s probably worth doing it.

Two open questions:
1. Is there any time limit when you have to spend the $100 UVI voucher?
2. Can you use the $100 voucher for buying UVI product from vendor?

You seem to be confusing the two voucher types.
The variable value personal vouchers based on past purchases, I think expire at the end of the month.
The $100 Falcon voucher says this in my email:
"This voucher is non-transferrable and is valid for a single purchase within the next two months."

Correct, sorry seems you get longer with the $100 Falcon voucher. I used mine immediately to buy Vintage Vault IIRC.

Yes, they do. Three, maybe four times a year. Not huge savings but cheaper than regular in any case. If you want something just now I'd probably just get it now...otherwise I'm guessing it'll be a few months before the next sale.
By the way...worth noting that if you're working with Reason and buy the RE then Synapse will give you a license for the VST free. Works the other way too. (As long as there's an RE version of course...Legend, Obsession.).

The dev only does sales for new releases or major updates. If you already own a product, you can update to the bundle. Just contact him via email.

The HY-SEQ32 is the pick IMO, but the collection is worth having if you want to make 303 style tracks using slides.

Can also just highly recommend these and also bought the Collection, because of the Euclidean - Sequencer. If you are mainly into that Concept, the RPE2 might be the only one you need.

Frankly to say i not tried nothing yet, but will do.
But a couple of video reviews impressed me (about HY seq`s, in particular), so I decided to go from afar lol.

Need say, i once crossed with Hyakken devices, in 2015 when everything was in M4L, I bought something (m4l RPE for sure). Was some bugs, but developer was so responsive and quickly fixed everything - no complaints here, cool man. But even so, i dropped it, just the choice of M4L been huge increasing, even among the free ones.
Then much later I found out that author began to make VST, but seeing how complex they look, I was afraid that it would be a bugsdrome lol (I hope the author would not be offended), additionally considering that made not in constructor anymore. But over time, rave reviews (in particular about the delay and filter) accumulated in the field of view, which increased curiosity. (+ i found his free euclid transgate to be nice coding, by feel).

Though i have a bunch of Reason devices seq stuff (incl euclidian related etc). But this area so fun, as well as different ideas between RE\RRP and VST, that I'm not afraid of some repeats\similarities.

It is my understanding that if one reaches out to Tadashi by email that you may be able to negotiate a discount to buy multiple plugins directly. I have no experience trying that however. There is a mailing list that Tadashi maintains and sends out time-limited intro specials on new releases.
