That thing is a real challenge to sort out.

It’s still not great, but some of the new skins makes it’s far from the worst.

Imho Plasmonic gui is logically laid out and a clear minimal gui .
ONce you know the signal flow and modualtion set up screen , it's lightning fast .
Only point of criticismm are the gradient colours , wish they could be user adjusted .

Plasmonic is horrific, good UI in physical modeling world is Chromaphone 3

Everyone has his personal taste and view, of course, but gui of plasmonic is terrible (I would get eye cancer with this synth) and also sound and tweakability did not really impress me and most sound demos have an end of the world vibe, don't like it.
I also watched the plugin guru video, c'mon aren't synths created for making music any more? It's the opposite of inspiration the video gave me.
When you read "plugin-guru" you have some expectations, but it was a waste of time

I'm not sure about beautiful but it is very, very usable. They probably had to put a lot of thought into how to make the 8 Voice usable, which spilled over into SEM.
