I had the worst selling experience with user kmonkey
He contacted me to buy from me "Nebula + libraries"
He first asked if he could pay 300€ in 3 times. I agreed out of trust to send all the above after the first 100€, and he would send me the rest later.
First thing went wrong when he sent 100$ and not €. Not a big deal regarding the current exchange, but annoying still.
So I sent to his account the Nebula license, and the libraries on a download link.
After only 2 days, he sent me a long message explaining that Nebula was not working as he expected, because it was not 0 latency. And that he why he would cancel the deal and not pay me. He offered to send me back Nebula, and keep the libraries that he was able to download and that I refunded him 75$ for that. But on top of the libraries that he could keep, I lost a transfer slot + the Nebula license would have lost 2 transfer slots so I didn't agree. He started making up more excuses and threatened me to open disputes on kvr and Paypal, when he admitted that all this was he fault to begin with. I accepted that he sent me back Nebula, but not refund him. After all he still owed me 200€.
So he opened a dispute on Paypal, lying that I did not send the goods as advertised. I was pretty confident about that, because kmonkey did admit in his messages that he received Nebula and started using the libraries. I sent them all our conversation, explaining what was what because our music software world is complex for a neophyte. I suspect that they didn't read anyting, and gave credit to kmonkey concluding that I did not send the goods. When I asked them how come, they didn't give any answer, other than to go to the tribunal if I'm not happy. Which I will be forced to do.
I hope his acts will not stay unpunished. I already contacted an admin about that. I highly suspect that this was schemed, seeing back how he tried to get things from me even before paying anything.
