UI improvement (option) suggestion

I know the the UI has had many tweaks and improvements over the years, but i still feel like it's strength is also it's weakness.

My problem with it is that when you open up a pop-up window, it's often visually hard to see where one window ends and another begins. So you want to grab the pop-up to move it but actually you grab the window behind by mistake.

I know you can change the border color, but still, when opening pop-ups, they're often at the same vertical height, so it's not always visually nice and clear.

So i would like to suggest adding the following option to the settings to do it in another way:

"Color-coded windows."

So, when you open up a window it gets a brightly colored frame a couple of pixels wide. So the first pop-up gets a yellow frame. The next pop-up gets a green frame, the next a red frame etc. So if you have a few open, you can very easily see which is which. There can be no doubt where the top windows ends, as it has it's own unique color bordering it all the way around.

And one other little details: it should be more clear where in the window you can grab and move.

At the moment, there's an area to the top left of a window that you can grab, but at some point that area becomes the place to click open the presets browser. It's really not clear!

Some Styles are better than others for windows borders (and panels within the windows). And, here anyway, the pop-up windows pop up in their last position. So once moved to a suitable position they pop-up there until moved again.

And some Styles show the active area for the Presets button better than others. it is always OK click on the window title and drag the window.
