When I click on export composition files as audio files, it gives me a file of a few kilobytes and nothing more. On MuLab 8, it worked perfectly. Here, I tried to select ll tracks, select nothing, create new clip, nothing works.
I also tried under "project" export consolidated project...to see but there too it gives nothing but an empty file.

The M9 export function works fine, used it many times already.
It's in the composer context menu, see options button more at the right of the tempo display.
Maybe you selected a clip that doesn't contain audio and only rendered that clip?

Yes, in this project, I have only midi events, not audio. I tried all functions with no results. In the 8, we could render a project made of midi/audio in a wav/mp3 etc...file. Here, in the cog wheel menu, no function seems to allow me to find my project in an external audio format.

If your project contains no audio then the exported audio file will be silent of course. That's the same in M8 and M9.

I must have expressed myself badly. let's take for example a classic project with say 3 vst tracks (midi therefore and necessarily audio but not the audio we are talking about when we place a real instrument. This is where I may have misspoken) and two real audio tracks (guitar and voice).
Under MuLab 8, under the project column, the whole song (not the datas midi and others, just the sound) was exported in the desired audio format wav, mp3 etc...
I tried "export composition..." and "export track..."
When in doubt, I even tried "render clips..." and that didn't work.
How do we do under the 9 to do the same thing ?

For me it works fine. Do you run Mulab on Linux?

It's the "Export Composition As Audio File" in the menu shown in your screenshot.

MuLab runs under win10/64.

I tried the "Export Composition As Audio File" function and here's what it gives (see pic).
When I launch this function, the "time line" scrolls as it was the case with the 8 but although I indicate the place where the piece ends, where the 8 stopped (at the end of the piece therefore ), the 9 continues to play indefinitely and the wav file gives what appears on the screenshot.
That is to say nothing, an empty file (44 Kb each time).

Please do this:
  • Redo the same export and make a screenvideo of the whole operation
  • When finished do MULAB menu -> Tools -> Keep Log
  • Email me
    • a link to the screen video
    • the most recent log file in the User/LogFiles subfolder in your MuLab installation folder

Ok I have the video and the log file.
Uh ... sorry, I send the link of the video to which email address?
