Does Hive2 have an init patch? Tried searching presets and didnt find one. Hopefully that doesnt mean I missed installing something? But either way, help in initializing the synth to start from scratch would be appreciated. Thanks!

right-click the value display on top and select "init"

And you can also create your own startup patch by saving as Default.h2p in the root-preset folder.

I've observed a related bug, pretty inconsequential but relevant to this thread.

In a new instance, initializing Hive as described above will reset most parameters, while some remain inherited from the default patch. These include global voice number, certain Osc parameters, and all modulation sources in the matrix. Right-clicking "init" a second time is required to fully initialize Hive—or hitting undo and redo.

I'm on rev 12092, AU in Logic.

I'm on rev 12092, AU in Logic.

It's a known quirk, happens only with the AU format, and only in newer macOS versions.
It only happens if the very first thing you do after loading the plugin is to click there and load the init patch.
Just click on one parameter in the plugin GUI with the mouse before loading the init patch. This will prevent this quirk.
