problem rendering

Ok. I've tried rendering my track to WAV, and the finished WAV file is only half of my track. It keeps omitting the second half of my track. I did NOT select the option about rendering from the start and end marking points.

If you have more than one clip on the track and the "render only selected clips" option is checked then you have to select all clips in the track.
