This is the path for Mac users
/Users/UserName/Library/Application Support/MeldaProduction/MTurboAmpDevices

The folder can be opened in this menu
Menu > Open device folder in Finder

The error message appears because the attachment does not contain any images.
However, I was able to use the device in Edit-mode.

You can also use it in Easy-mode by turning off the custom GUI in the settings.

Thanks so much for the help ystmrk. In the zip, there is a folder named .Bass Classic
In this folder there are two .mimg files for the GUI.

I downloaded the zip again and confirmed the images loaded! Thanks!

OK, Mac users be aware that a folder or file beginning with a dot is invisible. So first make the ".Bass Classic" folder visible by pressing "Shift-Command-.", then you can drag the ".Bass Classic" folder into the MTurboAmpDevices folder and voila! the image appears and all is well! (Then you'll probably want to press "Shift-Command-." again to re-hide all those invisible files you just made visible.)

Good name! A Massman style is on my idea list.
Thunder is an amalgamation of several elements that I often combine when mixing bass tracks. It's closest to a classic peggy style. For vintage peggy, check out the Bass 1950 amp coming in the next update. It's closer in "squishy" feel to a Massman than Thunder is.
