Heya,
i switched over to another mac, has Ventura installed. (still on 13.0 it seems /i can´t go back)
now this: a permanent failure of I-LOK !
i permanently need to reinstall it ! then it runs again.
Thats not going to work out, and just kicks my new mac out of the race.
(since i use ILOK based plugins in EVERY patch)
anybody else with such problems on ventura ?
and: can anybody provide me a support emal to ilok please?
i can´t find any, anylonger.

Their support email address is: support@ilock.com (support staff there 9:00-5:00 PST, M-F). Running MacBook Pro (intel) with Ventura 13.2. No issues with iLock here -- good luck!

Interesting - I had a ticket open a couple of months ago, and that's the email address I used. Good you found the page to open a ticket... that should help.

yes, you´re right !
saw it myself too, since i just received a confirmation mal for my ticket.
But i would expect that they won´t answer a direct mail, or just telling you to open a ticket, giving you a csse #, and thus beeing as such in the system. Which would be understandable, finally.

thanks, any such feedback is welcome.sQeetz wrote: Sun Feb 12, 2023 10:34 am Just here to say that on a new Mac Ventura 13.2 ilok works fine.
i think my problem started while dealing with two i-lok dongles,
and having both PCs running (old and new), and shuffling things forth and back.
having the #2 in my new PC, then switching to ilok #1.
But, these problems should not have happened the way they did.
.......from then on things were south.
hope the support can help

back and running !
i overlooked the deinstall file in the fresh download, and allways would install without doing a deinstall !
...while i was not able to find the "ILOK" under programms. (which was strange)
so, a proper deinstall, then a power cycle, then a fresh install, did the trick.
Thanks @ all for chimming in !

I have the same issue and the uninstall doesn't work at all. I have to constantly re-install the ridiculous iLOK, regardless of this, I find it absurd that in 2023 we have to deal with this ilok sh!t.

i in fact like I-lok, ...as long as things are running fine, haha,¨heldrida wrote: Sat Apr 22, 2023 12:18 pm I find it absurd that in 2023 we have to deal with this ilok sh!t.
only liquid sonics "can" make problems here.
seems they "ping" in very short cycles at home. (just my guessworking)
so, if i have any contact problems with my USB-Hub, these plugins bail out. WTF
( i went allready thru so many hubs......./ but mostoften things work )
ahh wait, and my Zynaptic "updates" were also a piece of shitworking, to deal with.

I had this kind of issue on a PC a few years ago & after searching online there was some program in the ilok directory that I had to run which reset everything. I haven’t had any issues on Ventura myself, but maybe if you could find that solution online that same method exists on the MAC?
