Hi. Could you suggest a parametric EQ that would work the same way as API EQs, where there more you cut/boost, the narrower is the bell. Thanks.

That's "proportional Q". There are many choices... some include:

Plugin Alliance bx_digital V3
FabFilter Pro-Q3
BlackRooster KH-EQ1
Waves Q10
SSL 4k G EQs are usually proportional
and others, but check the features first...

Melda AutoEQ has resonant bells. I'm wondering if this is same. I have this EQ.

Also, if you're in Logic the stock EQ can be set to behave like this.

It's not the default behaviour but there's a custom setting for SlickEQ GE here: https://docs.tokyodawn.net/slickeq-cust ... l_API_550A
