Parametric EQ with API style boost/cuts?

That's "proportional Q". There are many choices... some include:
Plugin Alliance bx_digital V3
FabFilter Pro-Q3
BlackRooster KH-EQ1
Waves Q10
SSL 4k G EQs are usually proportional
and others, but check the features first...

If you're an Ableton Live user, EQ8 has a proportional Q option too!
