I'm thinking about picking up the UVI bundle from FL but I have two questions. Are these vst so I can use them in Ableton? My second question is are these products registered on uvis site and can I expect to get complete your bundle and upgrades like I bought them one at a time? Thanks it's a big stretch for me but it seems very compelling.

Go for the UVI Power bundle if you can and find the additional products useful. You will also get a $20 voucher for use at UVI.net once you register your bundle. Thanks to serge for mentioning this in his post earlier.Gavincoolguy wrote: Wed Mar 01, 2023 2:46 am I'm thinking about picking up the UVI bundle from FL but I have two questions. To answer your questions, yes, you can use in Ableton or any other DAW. You will need their free UVI Workstation software.
After purchasing the bundle, you will get a redeem serial code that you can redeem in your UVI account or inside UVI Portal app and link with your iLok account as well. Once done, you can download products from UVI Portal. You will need to activate the bundle in your iLok account.
The bundle isn't showing up in the UVI account after registration, which is a bit strange. So, you cannot download it manually through this link https://www.uvi.net/my-products and would need to use UVI Portal app.
AFAIK, there is no upgrade or anything possible from this bundle to any other UVI bundles at this point.

Wow thanks for all the info it's all compelling that's for sure. It's a little concerning it doesn't show up on uvi but I imagine things are yet to be streamlined.

Hi Gang
I've been thinking about updating to Komplete 14 Collector's Edition and waiting for the summer sale, but now until the end of March Native Instruments are offering these three VSTs free with the update.
Monolith by Artistry Audio.
Elysium by Wide Blue Sound.
BALKAN Ethnic Orchestra by Strezov Sampling.
I'm wondering can these free VSTs be sold, I'm not sure I would use all of them, especially BALKAN Ethnic Orchestra.
Cheers.

Almost sure these will be NFR. At least I have read the terms of Artistry Audio and they mention that the licenses are non-transferable and cannot be resold. Monolith and Elysium in particular look and sound awesome.LoopyFruit wrote: Fri Mar 03, 2023 5:24 pm Hi Gang![]()

By the way, take a look at Best Service for a possibly cheaper update/upgrade price.

That developer never allow transfers so you can count that one out.LoopyFruit wrote: Fri Mar 03, 2023 5:24 pm I'm wondering can these free VSTs be sold, I'm not sure I would use all of them, especially BALKAN Ethnic Orchestra.![]()
But, NI tend to leave the serial numbers of new purchases in your account under unregistered, so in theory you may be able to register it with any NI account.
I wouldn't risk it.

I was hoping NI would do their 9 for $99 expansion sale again this year, but we've already passed the time they did it in '21 and '22. I WAS ALMOST COMPLETELY READY by which I mean I earmarked the funds and only have to sort through the gazillion expansions to hear which ones I want. I guess there's still time. Perhaps all time?

That's only valid for purchases made for the actual/direct products. In this case, the NKS Instruments are freebies which will be registered directly to your account AND only after you actually register your purchase (any Komplete 14 in this case).agharta wrote: Fri Mar 03, 2023 6:30 pmThat developer never allow transfers so you can count that one out.LoopyFruit wrote: Fri Mar 03, 2023 5:24 pm I'm wondering can these free VSTs be sold, I'm not sure I would use all of them, especially BALKAN Ethnic Orchestra.![]()

In general, installing a product from Native Access automatically activates the serial number at the end of installation.
