Hi, guys.
Am i doing something wrong or samples do not changing automatically in Sampler's expanded view?
For example:
- chopped a break to new Drum Machine
- chose a pad with sample on it
- expanded view activated
- clicking thru other pads
- sample in expanded view does not changed

I don´t know if this is what you mean but the expanded view is bound to just this sampler instance you have opened it with...
Means when you have i.e. sliced a loop to a drum rack, you click on cell number one and you open the exand view of it, you cannot simply click now on cell number 2 to get the expanded view showing this content now... sadly...
You have to click the "Show expanded device view" button (sadly) again to update the expanded view to the "new" device... it´s not done automatically...
You can see it i.e. as well at the button itself...
The button for the sampler instance you´ve opened the expanded view with is orange... if you show now another sampler instance it´s grey...
I would love to have an option for this behaviour...
something like: Expanded view follows selected device... but afaik there is none...

I see. I just expected exactly the same behavior that in Ableton's and Renoise's samplers. Thanks!

You can try to search but I think it was perhaps a year to 2 years ago?
For me it’s only relevant for the past few months because I’m using BW more than Live.
I need to check my posts if I commented or I brought it up.
Either way, now it’s quite annoying coming from Live….
