Hi, newbie to MuLab here. I have connected a keyboard via USB midi and set input channel 1 to USB MIDI device and output to USB MIDI output device but I’m not getting any events/notes from the keyboard into MuLab. I’ve linked the track straight to the Master rack. Anything thing I’ve missed in the setup?
Thanks GB

Goto main MULAB menu -> Tools -> Monitor MIDI Input Notes.
Do you see the notes coming into MuLab?
If you don't see them at the expected MIDI channel also check the other channels.

Then it means MuLab is not receiving any MIDI input and so you have to check your MIDI setup and/or make sure the right device is selected in main MULAB menu -> MIDI Setup.

Solved! I needed to choose USB audio device for both input and output and now it works. Not sure why USB MIDI input didn’t work, but with the Audio input it’s now working as expected.
Thanks again GB

Dont forget to start usb device before launshing mulab. And go into midi setup to select midi input again in input device if not working.
Sometime windows dont do the job well with usb midi and audio are not same driver. Sometime i have to restart Arturia Keystep 37 or other gear. I have up to 10 usb ports connected to mulab. Sometime external powered usb are needed, if you have a lot of usb ports are used on computer. Verify if nativ asio driver for your device is installed, sometime only avalable as download from producer home page.
Try to change usb port on your computer if not working. Try to use Reaper (free for test) if you have not same problem.
