After returning to Hive from an extended hardware sabbatical, I've been running into some issues with a bunch of my patches no longer sounding/responding right. After lots of confusion and troubleshooting the only thing I've been able to figure is that it seems as if the function generators are behaving differently than I remember from the last time I sat down with it. I thought in the past with their standard envelope mode the attack would start from its current value upon retriggering, but now it seems as if it will only ever retrigger from zero.
Any chance someone could sanity-check me here? Has this changed, has my brain accrued too many bad sectors?
Do Hive's function generators now only trigger from zero?

It usually starts from zero, because in most cases the voices are iterated. Only in Legato Mode when playing legato the current voice is reused without triggering.

On my laptop running an older version the function generator output looks like this (working from the init patch poly mode just assigning the generator so it's active to view, generator decay turned up)Chris-S wrote: Wed Mar 15, 2023 9:10 pm You could temporary install an old version of Hive and check if your patches are sounding different.

I'm pretty sure that's just a difference in visualisation. You need to set Attack a bit higher to actually verify whether the FGs start from zero or not.
