Dual Monitors in TRACTION?

Hi people... I would like to hear from the forum about using two monitors. My last problem had nothing to do with Traction but was in the setup software with my id14 interface. I would like to have a separate monitor for the routing screen of the id14. Any thoughts?

I have the Tracktion main screen on a separate monitor and use the laptop's own monitor for plugin user interfaces or other programs, like for instance notation software (EasyABC).

Thanks for the reply... What do I have to do to set up another monitor?

Does your system already have a second video interface (most laptops do).
Windows - connect the monitor. Default is that it will "mirror" your existing screen. Change video options to EXTEND the desktop, and it will ask you to indicate whether the two monitors are side-by-side, or above/below... Then just drag application windows "naturally" to the other monitor.
I used to have a docking station with VGA AND DisplayPort outputs - so could use laptop plus 2 external monitors. Sometimes confusing, though, finding the cursor and remembering which was the active application ...

I use three monitors via the graphics card and use 'extend' in Windows. Main Waveform tracks page on one, plugin guis/web browser on two and Voxengo Span on three. My head would explode if I had to go back to one monitor now. You can undock various views (eg mixer) in Waveform but that didn't work so smoothly and I never problem solved the issue.

Similar to Dysjoint: main page on 1, plugins/MIDI editor on 2, and notepad/other apps on 3.
Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, and even Deezer, whatever the hell Deezer is.

Thanks for the advice! I had to buy a separate USB-c to VGA interface to make it work, but it does work now and I should be able to add another (3rd) monitor with the setup I now have. Disjoint says his head would explode if he had to go back to one monitor, Amen to that bro! Thanks to you all.
