My Beloved Mother

Sorry for the silence the past 2 weeks. My beloved mother passed away. My dear brother and sister and i had to prepare the funeral and cremation and urn placement. If some of you would wonder about it: The fact that i got a covid recently had nothing to do with the passing of my beloved mother. In fact i got my covid in the rest home where she resided, but she herself did not got that covid. Her passing was a sadly unavoidable consequence of a phyiscal decline of the last 12 months, with an accelerated decline the past 6 months. That's one of the reasons why MuLab development slowed down the last year. I wanted to give my beloved mother as much support and love as possible. My beloved mother was smart, eager to learn, careful, creative, helpful, proud, combative, cheerful, sweet, social, warm-hearted, ... I'll miss her very very much for the rest of my life !!! The next days and weeks (and months and years) i'll still need emotional recovery time but i'll do my best to restart and continue MuLab development as quick and good as possible as i'm convinced that will be the right way to process the sadness. I'm aware we = our family must also be grateful that we received the gift from nature to have our mother with us until her 91 eventhough the last months were mentally painful. Luckily she passed way very mildly and softly in her sleep. Thank you Nature. In honnor of my beloved mother i sincerely and warmly hug all good-hearted people here on this forum. Love & Peace.

I'm sorry to hear about your loss, Jo. Losing a mother is indescribable. While we know it's a natural part of the cycle of life on Earth, we are never truly prepared for it. Please take all the time you need to grieve, and most importantly, be there for your family and support each other through this difficult time. May God bless you and your loved ones.

Oh man, I'm really sorry. No matter the age it just sucks. She sounded like a great mum. Deal with it in whatever time it takes. I'm happy with what you've achieved with M9 as it stands, come back when it feels right. Good day-

I wish you and your family the appropriate time to grieve and the appropriate tools/resources to recover. Eat good food, get good rest, and chase some hobbies for a little bit. I nearly lost my mother to cancer a few years back, so while I can't quite empathize with you, I understand some of the heartache leading up to this. If you need anyone to talk to, you know how to reach me. I'll always be a (admittedly young and naive) friend

Thank you for telling us a bit about your mother's many outstanding qualities.
Clearly they are reflected in you, and in your smart, careful, creative and helpful work.
So sorry to hear of her passing.

So sorry for your loss. I still miss my mum though it's been 13 years! I hope your grief is short lived, it's hard not to, but it's better not to dwell too much. Enjoy the memories. Life is for living, not grieving. Our only certainty is death, don't agonise too much over your loss, but be thankful for the time you had together.

My deepest condolences Joe.
That’s not an easy thing to go through…
For me the best way to honor my mother and father has been to be my very best in life because that is what they wished in they hearts for me.
