MDynamicEQ - Analyzer Settings->Global Normalisation stays on regardless?

Using both VST2 and VST3 instances in Cubase 8.5 32 bit version.

Even if i save the preset with "Global Normaliztion" off, it returns in the on state? I've also tried saving the preset, saving the project and then closing the DAW. Same thing.
