Has anyone seen the Softube Weiss Compressor/Limiter going for less then the current $99? Asking for a friend...

What I've seen is tons of good deals RIGHT BEFORE a vendor comes out with the NEW version of plugin X, which of course is a paid upgrade from the version you got on the super sale. IK Multimedia has done this a few times, running fantastic promos/prices, only to be immediately followed up with revised versions that you are encouraged to upgrade to. Luckily, in many cases the prior version is perfectly acceptable to me.Gavincoolguy wrote: Wed Apr 05, 2023 8:59 pm Are plugin makers in a liquidity crunch? I feel like the deals lately are pretty wild but I've only been actively purchasing plugins for the last year or so. The sheer amount of stuff I was able to get for $1500 is crazy and I would of been willing to probably pay 5x as much, there really is nothing left for me to even buy unless I want slight variations of the same things. Anyone else expecting insano black friday deals this year?

How? I am not seeing that credit. Neither in the cart nor during checkout.serge wrote: Thu Apr 13, 2023 7:47 pm Lunacy Audio (https://lunacy.audio) is having their 40% Off Spring Sale. The Cube (https://lunacy.audio/products/) can now be had for $99 (rather than $179), and if you took advantage of the Plugin Boutique offer in March and got the CUBE mini for free with any purchase, you'll see a $39 credit after adding Cube to your cart and be able to upgrade to CUBE for $60. So all in all, for $60 it's a bargain for a great plugin.

Hmm... Weird! Did you go through this process to redeem your MINI license: https://www.pluginboutique.com/products ... structionsoneshotdeal wrote: Thu Apr 13, 2023 8:01 pmHow? If you did, I'd drop Lunacy Audio a support ticket, they're pretty responsive. I had redeemed the MINI license right away, so just logging in & adding to cart (had to also click Check-Out) and saw the $60 price.

I've been using the MINI since getting it, it's a fantastic sounding synth and has an amazing workflow for building moving sounds. I've been waiting for a deal like this and so happy they didn't devalue Cube Mini with this sale.Kalamata Kid wrote: Thu Apr 13, 2023 8:12 pmThe audio demos sound fantastic!serge wrote: Thu Apr 13, 2023 7:47 pm Lunacy Audio (https://lunacy.audio) is having their 40% Off Spring Sale. Also, if you're a hoarder/completionist like me and bothers you to not have all of the expansion packs, you can then use the "Complete Your Bundle" after clicking "Account" to see a discount upgrade cost. Mine was $80, and just for the heck of it, I tried the "newsletter10" coupon code and not only did it work, but it gave the 10% off the sale bundle price, rather than what it costs me to complete it. So I was able to complete the bundle for $60.10.
Overall, this synth is pretty nice. Lots of plugins give you ability to morph between 4 sources, this one goes to 8, all of which are customizable/arp-able, which is great.
This synth also has some great reviews & coverage by some notable/recognizable YouTube plugin promoters:

I just wanted to put in a word for EveryPlugin.com. I've used them for years, always, courteous, fast delivery and good prices. Recently I had a problem with a purchase -- that was caused by the manufacturer -- TOTALLY NOT the fault of EveryPlugin.com. They were under no obligation -- legal -- or moral -- to help me.
But they have stepped up and have gone out of their way to straighten things out and make things right.
Totally quality merchant.

But then I may wait for Cube version 2 if or when it is released.
Edit: Just realized that the PB deal has expired.

Dang. I wish I read this first
. I ended up getting the $60 upgrade and pulled the trigger on the “complete your bundle” package for $80.

Agree that everyplugin.com is a very fair supplier, without making a lot of buzz about it.

I got the Mini Cube when I got VPS Avenger from PB. I literally became aware of Avenger around noon one day, laughing at an absurd tutorial of a guy playing guitar parts with it , to buying it around 6pm when I saw all it can do. I'm not a "one finger plays a whole song" guy. I never download Cube at all and wouldnt have but Ive seen a few vids and just installed it. My point is a product like this gives installer apps like NI, Waves Steiny, Izotope PA and all the rest a good name.
THAT was a lot of steps to go through...Lunacy Audio has stopped thinking about the customer in there retail equation and should strike and better balance
