You can find a lot of speeches on the White House website and also on the C-SPAN website. They may not be in WAV format but you can grab them and convert them with various utilities. Also:

Back with clinton and monica i made a pretty freaking kick butt "admission" statement with music behind it... Damn it I should have released it, I probably would have made a lot of money. Literally. Im not kidding it was that good. I used impulse

ps i never hate any political figure, i dont understand blind hatred. Oh well, maybe its because I dont watch/listen to mainstream news. They dont call it television "programming" for nothing.

Not everyone who disapproves of Bush "hates" him. Some hate what he's done to our nation and the world.

...or indeed the rest of the nations iin the world who have become meaner, more fascist as a result of bending to the will of their "friend and ally"
