The UI in MuLab 9 hurts my eyes

Hi there.

I've been using the free version of MuLab 7 for a couple of years now. So, I finally decided to buy a license key, but now I can only buy the ninth version.

The first thing I noticed was that the window frame (with minimizing/closing buttons, as well as the label of the open file) was removed in the newer version. All this was moved to one line with the project control panel.

Secondly, the new color palette has terrible contrast. I tried to export colors from MuLab 7, but when importing into the 9th version, it turned out that many elements changed their name or were replaced by something else, so this method did not help me. If someone has a preset with a similar palette for MuLab 9, please share it, otherwise, I will have to spend a lot of time on color matching.

The last thing, and I would like to know, is it possible to change the design of some special elements? For example, I did not find a place where you can change the height of the time bar.

There is a theme editor, quite simple to use, just go to the menu MULAB / GUI / Colors.

Im so glad about the Color alteration abilities in Mulab 9

Me an Demexis seem to belong to the very few people which don´t like the modern trend for black GUI´s with very bad eye unfriendly contrast (see Magix Music Maker and Sampletank 4 for example. These too not even have an option to change anything. Thankfully Mulab has a color editor.

I have made small color changes to the main parts of Mulab 9 to have a better contrast.

Unfortunately uploading the file (*txt) is not allowed here. So I only can add a screenshot and the settings in "GUI Color": List Back Color: 62,66,70. Timeline Back Color and Composer Back Color: 88,93,98

That is why asked Mister Jo to release last version of Mutools 8 with clap,vst3 support coz mutools 8 is middle,center of Mutools Mulab versions.Center,Middle is always better,balanced.Mister Jo was hurry up with release of Mutools 9 coz first he should have to add vst3,clap support for Mutools 8 after that release Mutools 9.So mister Jo if u make last version of Mutools 8 pls dont forget to add saving presets of Virtual keyboard layout coz it was my idea : )

TO say philosophically when u lose your gain,when u gain u lose because losing is to win.So if u think any new future makes new versions of Mutools Mulab better then u are wrong.That is why too much modernism is shit,current society is collapsed.People are crazy as today they call something cool,the day after of tomorrow they will not call it cool.So that is why here appears middle,center to keeps thing balanced

Are u crazy?Midle meant by features not by version .Mutools 5 doesnot have a lot of feautures that Mutools 8 has.Middle means necessity for normal work.So Mutools Mulab 8 misses only vst3,clap support

When Mutools 10 will be released u will contradict yourself coz will say that Mutools 10 is better.Logic doesnot work with that way u describe it

Mister Jo,Tracktion daw keeps things balanced thanks to feature expansions.I mean u upgrade new features of tracktion by your budget and by your desire(Philosophic approach).Btw tracktion daw is the only daw i currently use because i like its philosophic approach
