If that was the only one missing... :x They promised a JX-8P/JX-10 a long time ago, they even said it was coming... But still nothing (I don't count the "model" released for Zenology).

And they also promsied V-Synth (or at least said it was in the list). Never heard about it after the initial promises.

The last release, AFAIR, was the Juno-60 (which, actually, wasn't one of the mentioned, but I guess they took advantage of the fact they had the Juno-106 engine, as they are so close),

When you make tweaks in a plugin the numerical readout will persist, even after you close the plugin GUI, and even after you close the *project* and open a blank one. Only way to get rid of them is to close & reopen Ableton.

yeah, the Cloud lacks a lot sadly... i am also stupid cause normally i dont use Cloudcrap cause this will give more problems sooner or later (another topic) but i wanted the D550 well D50 here and some other old synths i sold my hardware but even these are half baked and i dont see any reason to keep the cloud. and i need to check how it works when you cancel cause the lifetime keys also need an internet connection every 30 days or so? i want to support more companies/devs with serial key/offline activation i had enough troubles with this online activation crap.

Yes, it would be nice if the editing screens e.g. on the D-50 looked as nice as Zenology.

Apologies if this point has been raised already, but does anyone else here find it really annoying in the new version of the Roland Cloud Manager that there are dollar and shopping cart signs appearing next to all of the instruments? It is such a distraction to see this next to all the software you have payed to use already - but maybe that's just me. What does anyone else think?

I think whenever lawyers and accountants get involved with anything, the end user always loses.

Roland cloud is run by accountants indeed. They money block themselves too

I don't mind the price being there. Also, on my display I don't see a cart on the two I own. It's replaced with what looks like a computer monitor with a checkmark on it.
Here's the D-50 I have a lifetime key for as an example:

Yeah, interesting - I wonder if this view is in the minority or majority.

Like, if people were using one of the big subscription streaming sites for movies & tv programmes (can't name them as it triggers the spam filter) and prices suddenly started appearing next to everything ,would people be fine with that? Maybe but somehow I doubt it.

The computer monitor, with the checkmark, is your installation / activation status. If you click the three little dots, to the right of it, you'll see a computer screen with a red trashcan icon appears. Presumably this is to deactivate / uninstall (I haven't clicked it yet to see ;) )

The price thing isn't an issue for me either. What is an issue is that there isn't a clear indicator that you own a lifetime key for a product now. The previous manager would tell you if the product had a lifetime key attached.

With this new RCM 3, your only indication appears to be that the shopping cart icon is removed. The "owned/free" filter tab doesn't seem to discriminate between rental and actual lifetime keys. IE it's showing what you're able to install, rather than whether you actually own something. It would be nice if Roland could add a clearer indicator that people actually own a key for something..

Hi, mustgroove, Septic, N 4 LIFE, and J Veronica. Brian from Roland Cloud here. This was an issue previously. We have issued an update for the JUNO-106 that corrects this behavior. The GUI has been updated for the newest Legendary Series instruments as well. Please head to the Library in Roland Cloud Manager for all available updates. Thanks! 😊

Hi, UKmusicUser008. We've added the price per title and add to cart functions to the content listings to address community requests for more transparent pricing and quicker access to purchase options. These icons help tell you the status of the title at a glance, rather than skipping between the listing and the Library. Thanks!

Hey, PAK. We've also heard the feedback about people wanting an indicator for their Lifetime Key purchases. Any implementation of this will come with a future update to Roland Cloud Manager. Thanks for letting us know!
