In your video you pin the controller view using the right-panel, set to studio I/O.
I'm assuming the output monitoring panel serves the same purpose as Studio I/O?
If that's true, then how do you get the controllers to appear in this panel?
(Thanks for your time btw, do you have a donate button?)
EDIT: Sorry, just found it:

Ok, the video isn't blurry here (it's 4k), you can download it via the provided link and play it locally. If you change the tracks the graphical knobs on the display of the SLMK3 will always jump to their zero position first and then they jump to the actual "real" value instead of jumping directly to their actual value. "Flickering" maybe was the wrong description. English is not my native language, sorry.moss wrote: Mon Apr 17, 2023 10:05 amNot sure, what you mean since the video is a bit blury. Do you mean when you select a different track or is something flickering all the time? In the first case, the SL is a bit slow with updating the display. In the second case, might be a hardware issue.AFranke wrote: Sun Apr 16, 2023 7:47 pm Moin Jürgen,
if you switch between different tracks with DBM v20 the values in the display of the SLMK3 are "flickering". Screencast:
I cannot reproduce that. Is the selected track somehow out of the track page? Did you try with a "clean" Bitwig tempate? Are there any errors in the Script Console?AFranke wrote: Sun Apr 16, 2023 7:47 pm On Push 1 there is always the "Please select a track..." message, even if a track is selected.
So, I made a fresh project. Track selection works now, kind of. But there are other problems now. Btw: I can't find the Script Console in BWS 5.0 anymore. Where did it go?
Now to the new problems:
I made 9 tracks with different instruments. If I select a track with the mouse, the SLMK3 follows as it should. The Push 1 also does so, as long as I stay in the first 8 tracks, if I select track 9 its "Box" (green in the screencast, blue is the SLMK3) stays on track 1-8 and does not follow to track 9, but on the Push hardware it does. https://1drv.ms/v/s!AqODDgQzhWl5hZJrRZe ... w?e=1XZWkt
I do a lot of mappings for the VST plugins I use, so I did for the instruments in this test project. Every one of the tracks in this project has only one instance of a plugin on it, nothing more. If I would have moved between the tracks in BWS 4.4 with the mouse in "Device View", the parameters of the first device on the track I select would have shown up on the controller display, now they don't do this anymore. To be precise, if the instrument on the track is a Bitwig device, it works fine. But if it is a third-party VST (and the device parameter mapping was done in a previous BWS version) the screen stays empty until I select the device with the mouse in the chain. But if you do a fresh mapping of the device parameters in BWS 5, it will work again as it did in BWS 4.x! I made a video (sorry for all the cat hairs

Is it right that the softube 1 basically cannot be accessed from another program so you have to stick to their shitty software ?
Its probably one of the nicest motorized faders surface around sadly..

When you kill the shitty software it acts like a regular midi controller. I tried c1 fader with generic flexi and that works. Though there was something with the values it puts out i could not get my head around.

Hey, I have one doubt, I have been trying to accomplish many times but I can't find the way. It is possible to edit a parameter for a single note? For example, to assign different frequency to different notes? I am using push 1 and in ableton is pretty easy, you just have to press the note and then the knob and it writes the value in the automation part of the clip.

Hi moss,
Using your DrivenByMoss in Bitwig with an Electra One, I experience all parameter changes as very 'jumpy' (compared to a APC40 and same driver).
Is this maybe intentional?
Best,
Joris

You can open it from the commander (Press Ctrl+Return and type "script") or assign a key command to it in the shortcuts.AFranke wrote: Tue Apr 18, 2023 6:27 pm Btw: I can't find the Script Console in BWS 5.0 anymore. Where did it go?
That's a known bug that happens when you click in the mixer view in Bitwig. It does not happen in the arranger view. But it is an interesting finding that it works with the SL. Will investigate!AFranke wrote: Tue Apr 18, 2023 6:27 pm I made 9 tracks with different instruments. If I select a track with the mouse, the SLMK3 follows as it should. EDIT: Now I remember, it only happens with hierarchical Tracks. See here: https://github.com/teotigraphix/Framewo ... issues/251
I cannot reproduce that in Bitwig 5 Beta 5. Maybe this got fixed? Please check!AFranke wrote: Tue Apr 18, 2023 6:27 pm I do a lot of mappings for the VST plugins I use, so I did for the instruments in this test project. Requested often but sadly not possible.nichone wrote: Thu Apr 20, 2023 4:38 pm Hey, I have one doubt, I have been trying to accomplish many times but I can't find the way. Yes, it is currently not perfect since we only have absolute values for the faders. I hope that relative values will be supported soon.joris.roling wrote: Fri Apr 21, 2023 10:24 am Hi moss,

I get that with any new project even without any clips etc, using Bitwig 5 + Latest DBM, just a new project with one drum rack:moss wrote: Fri Feb 17, 2023 8:53 pm
Do you maybe have some automation on the clip or track?
Are you running the latest DrivenByMoss release? There was a bug with entering the drum device.

Using the Launchpad Mini with a current selected track being the first one in the project on a total of 17 tracks so far, is there a way to jump as quickly as possible to the master track in order to adjust the volume ? Something that would behave like an 'End' key press on a computer keyboard to get to the last track of a project ?

Hi, now that there is Bitwig 5, is there something in the api that allows to do step automation with the sequencer on the Push 2 like with ableton ?
Thanks !
Thanks !

OK, got it. The thing is that the drum machine needs to be selected. So, simply click on the drum machine to make it work.ansolas wrote: Sat Apr 22, 2023 3:41 pmI get that with any new project even without any clips etc, using Bitwig 5 + Latest DBM, just a new project with one drum rack:moss wrote: Fri Feb 17, 2023 8:53 pm

I will change this to use the first instrument of the track instead of any device. I think this makes more sense and prevents this confusion.

Is it possible (BW5) to assign static CC to something to always control the, lets say first 4, remote controllers of the selected device?
So the same CC when selct a new device controls the remote controllers of that newly selected device?
So the same CC when selct a new device controls the remote controllers of that newly selected device?

There is no need to since you can control the master volume with the scene buttons in volume mode.mevla wrote: Sat Apr 22, 2023 5:39 pm Using the Launchpad Mini with a current selected track being the first one in the project on a total of 17 tracks so far, is there a way to jump as quickly as possible to the master track in order to adjust the volume ?
