I haven't needed to use autotune for a long time, so I haven't missed it. Nut now I'd like to use it in my new project. But has it been removed from the 12 Pro install? I can't find it anymore. (Yes, I reinstalled my computer (Yes, in the meantime, I reinstalled my computer.)

As far as I am aware, TSC doesn't provide a download, just a code. Go to your downloads section on the website and click the 3rd Party tab.
Surely there must be consensus by now...
