I have a project with 8 tracks but only two are active at a time. The total run time of the project is about 30 minutes. When I try to render the project to an mp3, Waveform 11 always duplicates parts of the project and inserts those duplicates into the final rendered mp3. The laptop being used is a modern Windows 10 system with a SSD, 16GB DRAM, and a 2GHz multi-core processor.
Is there a way to fix this issue or is Waveform 11 not capable of handling this long of a project?

Hello! I've been using Tracktion for about 4 years and I don't remember it sending anything to render that was different from the project structure.
I have used this DAW for projects up to 3 hours long, although in this case I had fewer tracks. But there were also projects for about an hour, with 20+ tracks. At the same time, I have an old PC with Windows 7, 10 GB of RAM and a triple-core AMD Athlon X3 processor) Therefore, I can say that WF has no problems with project length.
Are you rendering the entire project as a whole, or in separate parts?
Perhaps some tracks are indeed duplicated, but they are hidden for viewing. Check in the browser ('B' on keyboard), in the "Tracks" tab for hidden tracks.
Perhaps the problem is caused by checkboxes in the render settings window, such as:
Also, you could send me a screenshot of your project so that I can see its structure and identify a possible rendering problem.
To better see the structure of tracks and clips, you can hide the control panel (F11), and place the entire project on the screen (F5 and F6).

There are no hidden tracks and I am rendering the entire project. The only two check boxes in the render dialog box are Stereo and Remove Silence. I can try removing the latter.
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

Well, I don't see anything here that would cause such duplication.hennesseystealth wrote: Mon May 08, 2023 2:39 pm There are no hidden tracks and I am rendering the entire project. The only two check boxes in the render dialog box are Stereo and Remove Silence. I can try removing the latter.
Could you describe in more detail how the output mp3 file differs from the project structure?
Is the mp3 exactly different from the content of your project?
Is there a duplication of all parts at once and the final file is twice as long?
For example: part 1 > part 2 > part 3 > part 1 > part 2 > part 3
Or is there a consistent duplication of parts?
For example: part 1 > part 1 > part 2 > part 2 > part 3 > part 3
