Hi. Pitch env dialog has got two loop buttons, while level env one just the only such button. Would you, please, explain the difference between pitch and level stages architecture?

I see, nobody plays with this unique multistage envelope design... It is strange to my taste.

Hi - I'm not an expert on F'Em but the manual has some description of the pitch and level envelopes.

Click on the "?" at the top right of the plugin window. Page 25 has a description of the pitch envelope and page 26 mentions the sustain and stages loops (these are the two loops I think you are referring to). Level envelope starts on page 28.

Hope this helps.

I don' understand those brief mentions. So, the question. Have asked support to answer here.

Hi there!

The level envelopes don't have a loop function for their release stage. If they had, the envelopes would repeat infinitely and there would be no way to stop these voices except by pressing the panic button (or sending an All Notes Off message via MIDI).

Best wishes,

Thanks, with your help and via playing with envelope stages I have grokked the most, but not all. What is the approach when before-suspend-stages-length are not equal for pitch and level envelopes? Are they just independent (that is suspend loops start looping at different moments)?

I hope I understand you correctly: you ask if the pitch and level envelope loops were independent or synchronized to each other? They are independent.

Yes, you got my clumsy explanation right. Thanks.
