I am using LMMS 0.4 to host VSTs, using an old Evolution MK-449C midi keyboard. Have had success with most but cannot get a squeak out of Tyrell N6 or Triple Cheese, both by u-he. This on a Windows setup and they are supposed to be for Windows. I can get the sounds from both using the onscreen keyboard, also using the computer keyboard. Midi IS turned on.
I like the sounds, particularly from the Tyrell and would like to be able to use them. Currently, I'm like a frustrated mouse after a piece of, well, cheese! Any suggestions, please?
Tyrell N6 & Triple Cheese not responding to midi.

Hi,
Hmmm... the strange thing is, the Vst function that receives Notes from your onscreen Midi keyboard is the very same function that receives notes from external Midi.
I don't have LMMS, but is there any Midi Monitor Vsti or something that could check if there's any difference in the stream of both methods?

Thanks for your interest. Have fixed the problem; LMMS apparently slipped a cog somewhere and disconnected the midi. It is pretty well out of sight so out of mind. Never thought it would disconnect itself and as the keyboard still worked in Reaktor, the penny didn't drop. Your queries caused me to go over it VERY closely.

I just installed u-he Zebralette, Zebra 2 and Tyrell N6. The Tyrell N6 is not responding to the computers animated keyboard or my midi controller. Could someone please help me out?
