What is everyone using these days for their DAW computer keyboard and mouse?

I had had 3 keyboards and 2 mouses from Logitech develop problems within 3 years, for the price of this devices I was expecting at least 5 or more, as my old MS X4 kb and previous logitech mouse.

So I took the opportunity and switched to a Kesington expert mouse which has been a relief for my wrist and a Stell series Apex 5, which I like the keys a lot and is small and fits perfectly in my desk. very happy with this combo.

Dell KB-1421 - gorgeous.

Ha, had to check but the exact model I'm using. We got hundreds at work (local govt ict) with different PCs, logitech kb/mouse combo for home workers etc. The Logitechs were nice but these Dells just had the best feel, decent feedback without the clack of modern mechanicals (I started off on those chunky IBM affairs, only person not to miss them I gather... ) Also the Dell is nicely compact, no superfluous surround.

Logitech T-BB13 - never, ever bettered.

I used to have one of the other logitechs (grey lozenge shaped, big central ball) on my desk and would swap between that and a mouse to give my fingers a bit of variation (helped with some aches for sure). But never really got the hang of scrolling etc and never found it good (for me) for graphics or music apps, I couldn't get the accuracy I wanted. So boring old logitech RX250 wired mouse. Nice and chunky with that left/right click on the scroll wheel which is dead good for navigation etc.

After I posted this - I went on a demo journey and brought in about 10 different keyboards to try with one finally winning the battle - settled on the Logitech MX Keys as being the best of the bunch.

I really had high hopes that I might make the move to a mechanical board but it just wasn't working for me. I guess I am set in my ways AND my use of scissor key mechanisms.

And the mouse remains the same - the M510 remains my go-to and just feels like a natual extension of my arm. No changes there.

I've been using a BenQ mini-keyboard & JETech mouse to control my laptop (and DAW) for quite a while now ... works for me.

basic cheap as chips
i only use it to type titles for tracks, im not a big computer user tbh.

internet stuff happens on phone and tablet before anyone points out the obvious
