Midi device-restarts on recording

hi all,

i got a big problem. if i try to record a midi-part in T everytime my midi-interface (motu desktop express) restars the device with a lag of 2-3 sec.

seemed that T send some midi-off to the interface before it starts to record. same problem if i try to move a audio-part - T send some midi-off to the interface before the part is moveable.

if i record only VSTi it works great - so i have to disable the midi-out port in T to get that fixed. any ideas how to change that or is it a bug?
