The new prerecorded picking loops sound good, but the instrument mode sounds pretty bad in Ujam's official walkthrough:

Where did you get the info of the expiring date for the upgrade price? I couldn't find any mention of a date in the email upgrade offer or on the Ujam site

Give it about 6 months and it'll be $19 on AudioPluginDeals.skonghi wrote: Wed May 24, 2023 1:25 pmThe upgrade costs $49 until June 4th. On Plugin Boutique's deals page and in UJAM's promo email also (in the header, not in the body).Project wrote: Wed May 24, 2023 3:13 pm Where did you get the info of the expiring date for the upgrade price? I couldn't find any mention of a date in the email upgrade offer or on the Ujam site

Come to think of it I got Amber for free a year ago... and actually tried it exactly once, just to test it out against my other virtual strummers and listen through for loops that I could imagine using. It's been hovering at the back of my mind whenever I think about using some acoustic rhythm guitar, but it's been a long time since I've actually used ARG in a project. For single notes I'd rather play it myself on the Rise 2 using Equator2's MPE multisamples.
Is there any significant risk of getting an erroneous or fraudulent Content ID claim for using the rhythm guitar or fingerpicking loops? Might pick up the fingerpicking melody? What about bars of naked rhythm guitar in a traditional sparse folk arrangement? Even without the possible Content ID issue, I don't like not being able to edit the patterns without it sounding like crap (as it does in their walkthrough).

I want to upgrade really bad but $49Ou_Tis wrote: Wed May 24, 2023 2:27 pmIf the non-sale upgrade price is more than $49 then it definitely seems overpriced. IDK if there will be a better sale on the upgrade for BF, probably not if that's their sale price.skonghi wrote: Wed May 24, 2023 1:25 pmThe upgrade costs $49 until June 4th. Yeah, that's probably where I'll buy the Update. It's basically $45 apiece for Kontakt 7 and Ozone 10 Standard, don't really care about most of the most of the other new content.
May be of interest to some folks that Thomann also tosses in a $29.99 Plugin Alliance coupon. If it doesn't have an expiration date, it might be worthwhile to hang onto in case they release something interesting in the future, or do some other cross-vendor promo where it could be used.
Also, also includes the $25 coupon for the NI online shop.

Regarding the Komplete 14 update, does anyone know how Ozone gets bundled in? I'd like to sell it to offset my costs a little bit.

It's included in the single license code you get for the entire Komplete Update. Ozone shows up in the Native Access right along with the NI software.kevinsparks wrote: Thu May 25, 2023 7:46 pm Regarding the Komplete 14 update, does anyone know how Ozone gets bundled in? So it's not a separate deal it seems.

Btw it seems Native Access version 2 is required to install Ozone. So if you're still on version 1 you'll likely need to upgrade that software version.

They're not making a big deal about it, I guess. Which seems right and proper to me.
... I haven't actually bought it yet, so I'm not sure where or how it shows up in the end. Probably a confirmation email?
